We are requesting parents to choose time slots for arrival and dismissal to minimize crowding and make this process smooth for children and staff.
Please try to keep with the time slot picked for drop off and pick up.

These regulations may change, and we will update parents if they do.

Thorough Sanitization of classrooms, door handles, classroom items and restrooms every 3 hours or earlier if needed. We use an EPA certified disinfecting solution. Dilute bleach is used in restrooms.
Floors are mopped three times a day with an EPA certified floor cleaning agent.
Educational items once used by a child are wiped down before returning to the shelf. Plastic blocks and materials are sanitized in our high temperature dishwasher.

Smart Sanitization

We have invested in smart technology for sanitization of equipment - ZONO cabinet, which can hold large items such as chairs, cots, along with all classroom materials that need to be sanitized.

We are not required to enforce masks for children. We have a done lessons on how to wear a mask and its purpose with the children ages 3 years and up.
A child may bring a mask to school and use it if they wish to. Our teachers are doing lessons on use of a mask, however this is not mandatory for children.

Staff will be required to wear masks during their work time at school.

We are attempting to place children in their home rooms, however it being summer, and we have lower numbers, we cannot guarantee for any child to be with their own teacher during the next few weeks. This may change if numbers increase and we will split the groups to take them to their home room (if not already placed in it).
Appropriate age grouping will be maintained per licensing rules. We are trying to keep group sizes at a minimum and being in a group will be on first come first serve basis.

Our aim is to avoid mixing of groups during the day. As such the gym too has been divided into sections to keep groups separate during the morning breakfast time or evening dismissal time.

Change in schedule providing more outdoor time. Learning opportunities will be taken outdoors as much as possible, weather permitting.
Yoga time will be conducted outdoors when possible or in small groups in classrooms.

Meal times
Meals will be pre-served from the kitchen to each child, seconds will be available and served by the teacher.
We will be using disposable plates and utensils for the month of June.
Maintain 6 feet distancing from other parents while waiting to drop off or pick up (cones will indicate spacing).
We have a fun filled summer calendar, and we hope that children will learn and enjoy their time.
Bug repellent, sunscreen:

It is summertime. Please send bug repellent and sunscreen for your child.

Splash days are marked on the summer calendar. Please send swimwear or an extra set of clothes, water shoes, sunscreen, towel. Swimmer diapers (Toddler/transition classrooms).
